Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by weight before you complete your checkout, so you'll get a custom shipping rate that you'll get to review before you proceed to payment. 

 
For international orders, please contact us for rates and availability, as not all items can be sent overseas.

How long before I get my order?

When an order is place, we aim to get your order packaged up and ready to send from one of our stores as soon as possible - usually no longer than a few days. 
We ship with Australia Post, so once posted, our parcels are subject to regular Australia Post shipping times. This varies based on your location, but is usually within 3 - 7 working days.

 My order hasn't arrived.

Our orders are tracked, so if your order has been shipped but hasn't arrived within the normal Australia Post shipping times, please get in touch so we can follow up on your order for you.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

What is your policy on returns, refunds and exchanges?

It's important to us that you love your stuff from Shambalaa as much as we do, so ask that you contact us if you're unhappy with your items.
Due to the difficulty in posting items, we are unable to offer a return or refund on change of mind. However, if there is a problem with your goods upon receiving your order, we ask that you contact us straight away so we can resolve it, with the possibility of return, exchange or full or partial refund.
